The restaurant "am Kai" is currently undergoing its "fitting" in a new brasserie style: French fresh, simple & delicious, uncomplicated dishes in a clear language made from fresh regional produce selected daily. Holger Berens remains the head of the kitchen in the background, he remains the source of ideas and taste, but in future he will also devote himself to new projects outside of his own kitchen.

The new restaurant "am Kai" combines the usual clarity with lively abundance, forms and tastes. In the same great location with a stylish ambience, right in the middle of the action. Wrapped in the warm luxury of interior design with marble-backlit walls that create a casual, loungy, yet stylish atmosphere.
